When I purchased my most recent Honda Pilot they took the time to go over all of the features of the car and how to use them. The service is excellent, the personnel friendly and the maintenance department is efficient and the area is spotlessly clean. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More

Rylan met me in the comfortable waiting room (great oatmeal raisin cookies and good coffee!) and showed me that the performance of my 4-year old battery was declining; since the replacement price was very reasonable, I OK'd replacement. They replaced the battery very quickly. The complimentary maintenance checks were thorough and the feedback on my tires and brakes were clear. The overall price was very reasonable, especially with the help of the coupons I had received in the mail and by email. Rylan Davis was friendly, courteous, professional and very efficient. I appreciated Jeff Hudson, now the Service Manager, remembering me from previous visits and stopping by to say hello in the waiting room. As usual, dealing with Honda Tiffany Springs was a great experience. More

Express Oil Change-No such thing and repairs needed are not I have been going to this dealership for oil changes and someb maintenance for more than 5 years with my car that has only had two owners. The previou I have been going to this dealership for oil changes and someb maintenance for more than 5 years with my car that has only had two owners. The previous owner was family. I cringe every time I go because the quality of service has continued to decline. I always leave with an issue they say is urgent to repair. My mechanic who I have always gone to will look at the issues and they have been wrong every time. I feel bad for those who they trick into it. The most recent visit was for an express oil change and alignment check. I had an appt. and arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday morning to beat the rush. At 9:15. I finally went looking for my car in the service dept. and saw it sitting outside. I asked the first person I saw in the service area where my paperwork was and what the hold up was. He found it sitting on someones counter and quickly checked me out. I had received an offer of 10% via email and booked the appt. through the link. After leaving mad I checked the paperwork and no discount was taken off. Nothing express about how long this took, no discount which was sent in an email, and no discount offered because it took forever. I have several other friends who now go elsewhere also because they feel the service has declined. I know I won't be back to this location. They are overpriced and do not back up the express service. When it does not happen you still pay after they have wasted your time! More
