We bought this Honda in early June because of the service department at Honda of Tiffany Springs. They did not disappoint me. This problem is a Honda problem and Mike kept me up daily on status and did not just leave me to guess. There is a reason he has been there for 33 years and we much appreciate his effort!!!! And so far the problem is fixed!!!!! This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought at Tiffany Springs Honda!!!!!! More

They always were very polite and always fixed the problem. This was just in for an A-17 maintenance. It was done in a couple of hours. I try to just drop it off and pick it up later. Yo could tell that they had disinfected the car after the service. Great job to all involved to make this happen in these strange times. More

Emission warning service I contacted your service department regarding a warning light on my Honda pickup and got right in. Kenny greeted me and within an hour had the issue I contacted your service department regarding a warning light on my Honda pickup and got right in. Kenny greeted me and within an hour had the issue diagnosed, gave me a car to drive until the issue was resolved, & made sure that he had my correct contact information. In two hours Kenny called me and told me that my issue had be resolved, injector replacement, and had my truck ready to be picked up. Kenny has handled my service before and has been friendly and expedient. More
