This is the first time we came out with the best deal on a car.. Exceptional service through the sales process and after. The reason I say this is because of various reasons most important is that he listens and won't rush past what's important to the buyer. He made the process dignified and came from the process with having a friend in the car business. I travel frequently and am in sales myself.. The fact Bill took the effort to personally made sure we know everyone we need including himself if issues would arise while I'm away.. The service department is the #1 reason we bought a Honda. Mike Bair in service I have known for 14 years and he and the service department have looked out for me and my verities vehicles for over 750,000 miles. Always walks me or my wife through any services needed to explain why and how much. I call Mike and it's taken care of. The service department people look you in the eye and have a genuine interest in taking care of your needs and at the same time looking out for you as a customer. Mike has even from time to time had to walk me out and point out the various situations that need attention so I fully understand. I don't know the mechanics but they have always fixed things right and in my current Honda, 405,000 miles of trouble free because of the maintenance advisor Mike Bair! Mike is always professional, pleasant, and thorough. Being female who knows nothing more about cars than how to put the key in and keep gas in the tank, Mike explains things until I understand them and never seems impatient. It is important to me to have someone advising me on car matters that I can trust. Mike is someone in whom I have complete trust and I appreciate Honda having that type of employee. Only, on very rare occasion, has anyone else handled my service all these years except Mike at Honda. I have recommended Mike and Honda to many people through the years as being a great car and a great service person. More
