Service dept worked w/ Honda because of headlight issue I had part of my headlight burn out on my 2016 Accord, and my car was just out of factory warranty, and I did not purchase the extended warranty. The service department worked with Honda and myself to see if they'd agree to pay for a portion of this repair since it was very pricey. They got them to agree to pay 80% and I was responsible for 20%. Truly appreciate them for even making the decision to contact Honda, because they didn't have to. This is my second Accord from this dealership, and I have always had great experiences. More

As a side issue, a bogus email address had been attached to our account and Mike fixed it. We don't know how that happened and looking at past receipts, it first showed up in December of 2016. The dealership could serve the customers better if they could figure out how that happened because I have not been getting these surveys so I could point out the outstanding employee that you have in Mike. Great Service I was having a problem not wanting to start when I pushed the button. I called and got an appointment when I wanted it. Brody Campbell was my service I was having a problem not wanting to start when I pushed the button. I called and got an appointment when I wanted it. Brody Campbell was my service writer for this job. They got it in that morning and let me know the starter was going out on it. They replaced it and had me back on the rode the same day my appointment was. I bought the car from them and they have always taken great care of it. I would recommend them to all Honda owners. More
