Curious why a Honda 100 month limited warranty battery installed in 6/2013 already needs replaced and that was not discussed. More

He walked me through what they were going to do and what to expect. They said it would be about 1.5 hours because they found a recall that needed to be fixed. They were true to their word and the cost was a little less than I thought it was going to be so that is always a good thing. Eddie did a great job keeping me informed as I waited. Speaking of waiting, the waiting area is nice and the coffee is decent. More
