Vehicle Maintenance Earlier this year was my first visit to your dealership, all I wanted was an oil change and maybe a quick inspection. Since I hadn't had my car serviced there before, the Service Advisor printed out a list of "what needs to be done and when" for my vehicle. Perfect!! I was able to go home and check my records, I now know the best time for service to keep my car running great. My car was back in this week for an oil change and the "advised service" that was recommended to me. Again, Perfect!! Kenny Williams was knowledgeable, polite, everything was just as I expected. I will be back for all my service needs. Thanks!! More

And those that Tim did not have were explained extremely well by Kyle and Anna. The more i am in the car the more it amazes me. Options and interior detail far beyond what is found on both BMW and Lexus. I had not purchased a car in some time so i had no idea what to expect. Wonderful experience, Amazing caring people. Great, friendly, efficient service I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm. I did not have an appointment, but they took my vehicle in and Kenny looked up the vehicle history and to I arrived on a Friday afternoon about 3 pm.
