I just recently purchased ‘22 Honda HRV Sport. I went in there about 4 weeks ago just to look. I met with Maurice and he took the time to help me find a car exactly what I wanted. He went over the process a few times to make sure I understood that completely. He definitely was not a pushy car salesman like I’ve had in the past. He kept me up to date with the ETA for the vehicle. When it came in, he let me know and we scheduled a time to sign paperwork. I am definitely happy with my purchase, and Maurice’s professionalism. Deana has made our car buying experience incredible. I was able to find the exact car I wanted, within the time frame I needed (which no dealership in Kansas could do), and she was able to get us the best was able to find the exact car I wanted, within the time frame I needed (which no dealership in Kansas could do), and she was able to get us the best possible rate on our loan. For someone trying to build their credit back up, buying a new car can be really scary, but Deana was so kind and understanding, and made me feel very comfortable and confident. Very poor customer service dialog when referred to him on warranty related issue; when I called, I was told to come down and they would gladly handle... when I arrived, I was told by Jeff he will not handle warranty related issue; when I called, I was told to come down and they would gladly handle... when I arrived, I was told by Jeff he will not handle this warranted issue, but to take elsewhere! Bodes poorly for their dealership, and him as a service manager. More

Received excellent service on a Honda Civic bought elsewhere. They programmed my spare key in a reasonable amount of time on a Saturday. Mike assisted me and even though he was about to leave for the elsewhere. They programmed my spare key in a reasonable amount of time on a Saturday. Mike assisted me and even though he was about to leave for the day, he stayed and checked out an issue I was having with the trunk of the car that I had not made an appointment for. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the parts department and with the service department. All extra parts I had to order for the Civic were ordered and received promptly and at a fair price. Installation was simple and DYI, but the parts manager took the time to answer my questions and his contact info if I had any questions or needed to return them if they didn't fit. I will definitely take the Civic there when it needs service. More
