He then spoke with my husband and presented various options on manufacturers and pricing for 4 new tires. He was able to get our vehicle serviced quickly. He was very professional and considerate. We noticed a gash in one of his tires and knew that they were close to being replaced anyway. I left a message with Mike on Black Friday and inquired about the correct size of tires being in stock and being able to be put on that day. He called me back with the information and the tires were on the car later that day. I appreciate Mike's time on what was a very busy day at the service center. We have three Honda's now and will continue to bring them to Tiffany Springs to have them serviced. They are always friendly and honest with the work that needs to be completed. More

We have driven a Honda Accord f My husband and I stopped at Tiffany Springs Honda back this summer and spoke to Lowell Oertwig about the Honda Pilot. We have driven a Honda Accord for 10 years and love the brand. We did a test drive of the Pilot and loved it. When we decided it was time to trade, I called Lowell and told him what options I wanted for my new Pilot, how much I anticipated for my trade and a deal was made! We set a time to meet for the trade. Everything was ready for us and our over the phone deal was solidified! It was a great experience with knowledgeable and experienced sales and finance folks. I am very happy with my new Pilot and with the service I received! More
