Helping keep my bearings straight On Monday of last week, I thought I heard a faint noise coming from my front end. My car runs so quietly, any noise causes alarm. I drove 600 miles On Monday of last week, I thought I heard a faint noise coming from my front end. My car runs so quietly, any noise causes alarm. I drove 600 miles Monday, and the noise was slightly more pronounced on Tuesday, when I drove another 600 miles. Just a little louder on Wednesday, I thought it best to take my 2008 Civic in for the experts to diagnose. Service adviser extraordinaire Mike Bair checked me in, heard my description of the issue, and after he went on a short test drive, his preliminary thought was wheel bearing; and the mechanic inspection confirmed Mike's initial suspicion. Luckily, it was only the wheel bearing on one side. After just a couple of hours, the repairs had been made, and an alignment performed. Mike went over the bumper to bumper inspection at checkout, and sent me on my way, once again in my beloved 2008, 887,000 mile Civic and once again a quiet performing car that took me right back out for a 600 mile Thursday. It is always so reassuring to know that the expertise and teamwork between my service adviser Mike Bair and the world's best pit crew will find the exact issue and fix it quickly and thoroughly. Back on the road to continue the March to a Million Miles. More

Multiple Cars in Service at ONce Mike was incredibly helpful this week when we had 2 of our 3 cars in the shop for repairs that had to be done to be safe on the road. My car is getting older now so he also tells me what will be looking at so I can prepare. My car is 7 seven years old and besides tires, a small glitch with the air conditioning this summer, my first major repair was this week and it wasn't that bad but needed a battery and some small updates on anti freeze and brakes. That's a great record for that car! I really appreciate everyone there and waiting is not bad at all with Ashley stocking cookies, coffee and water and making sure I'm comfortable. Thanks so much.
