For years, if I smelled something like pancake syrup in the car, I thought I must have an antifreeze leak and it was being burnt somewhere. I brought the car in, and service adviser Jason Fry, who had my coolant system and heating system checked out, but found nothing and sent me on my way. Three nights later, I was doing my weekly deep clean on the old Civic, and lo and behold, there on the floorboard was the McDonald's bag and left over platter with pancake/syrup residue from the day before my mysterious 'syrup smell'. It was that turning on the heater that warmed up that platter and produced the smell. Sorry, Jason. By the way, about a week later I had my 2009 Odyssey in to replace the timing belt at 200,000 miles and it needed a new tensioner as well. That service was quick, thorough, and I got a little discount as well (but I won't tell). More
Complex issue with 2013 Pilot I brought my vehicle in last week for an engine light that was on. They thought they had it repaired, but I had to return the following day after ser I brought my vehicle in last week for an engine light that was on. They thought they had it repaired, but I had to return the following day after service was completed because the light came back on. They ran the codes and it turned out to be an issue they don't see very often. Jason did an excellent job of staying in communication with me and making sure that everything was taken care of. I appreciate the friendly, excellent follow through to make sure my vehicle is in the clear of any issues. Jason also made sure that I had a loaner vehicle to use even on his day off. Mike Bair should also be commended for excellent customer service as well. Thank you! More

Great and timely service Zac Thomas was my service rep. I dropped my car off for a problem at 11 am even though I had a 1pm appointment. This was the only time I could get rid Zac Thomas was my service rep. I dropped my car off for a problem at 11 am even though I had a 1pm appointment. This was the only time I could get ride to the dealership. Explained my issue to Zac as best I could...so scrapping noises under the hood on the right side. A little after 1pm, got call from Zac telling me the car was ready for pick-up. I was totally surprised. When I got there told me it was a rock that had lodged itself between the brake pad and rotor. We had a good laugh. Really appreciated how Zac treated me. More

Quick Turnaround Every Time I have gone to Honda Tiffany Springs about 1-2x each month this summer for popped tires, new belts, new tires, etc and every time they finish it on ti I have gone to Honda Tiffany Springs about 1-2x each month this summer for popped tires, new belts, new tires, etc and every time they finish it on time or early.
