Vehicle Delivery Nightmare A dealership should deliver a clean vehicle - no excuses. Saturday delivery of a vehicle should not take 5 hours. We made an appointment five days b A dealership should deliver a clean vehicle - no excuses. Saturday delivery of a vehicle should not take 5 hours. We made an appointment five days before delivery, confirmed our appointment that morning and when we arrived, our vehicle could not be located. We had made a quick decision to buy the vehicle, had a cash sale with good, clean trades and provided ten days of prep time to allow the dealership to install the added options prior to pick up. We can recommend our sales rep, Paul Meeks but we simply cannot recommend the dealership. We expected a Honda dealership to have the same quality control and attention to detail as an Acura dealer. We were wrong. The dealership screwed up the delivery of a $43,000+ vehicle. More

Operator Error is Washing Vehicle in Cold Weather On the way to watching our beloved Chiefs lose the AFC Championship game, I stopped to wash some crud off of my Odyssey, so it would look better while On the way to watching our beloved Chiefs lose the AFC Championship game, I stopped to wash some crud off of my Odyssey, so it would look better while tailgating.Outside temp-around 20 degrees. On the way home, one of the power doors would not fully close, and would even reopen a little while driving, and the dome lights were on. I brought van in, they opened the doors in the warm service shop, and reset all pertinent codes. PROBLEM SOLVED. More

Service Jeff welcomed me after I entered the service department. Since this was my first visit after moving back to KC, there were a few things to check to u Jeff welcomed me after I entered the service department. Since this was my first visit after moving back to KC, there were a few things to check to update my car into their computer system. He patiently looked over the paperwork that I had and not at all "pushy" to suggest having unneeded services completed on my car. After explaining what services would be done, he kept me updated throughout the process. He was kind, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. Once again, my spool is cool! It never gets old, writing reviews of the great service provided by the service techs and my favorite Service Adviser Mike Bair, of Honda of Tiffany S It never gets old, writing reviews of the great service provided by the service techs and my favorite Service Adviser Mike Bair, of Honda of Tiffany Springs. When you drive 200,000 miles a year, you're going to be a familiar face in the Service Department. I brought my 2009 Odyssey in because the driver's window had finally got so sluggish, it needed help. They quickly cleaned it, got it going again. But the beauty of having my Odyssey and Civic serviced here, they know my high weekly mileage and always give the vehicles a thorough going over. Today, that revealed that my spool valve had started leaking, and was leaking onto the alternator, which could cause it to fail if the valve were not replaced. That repair was done, and a minor exhaust leak that was detected was also fixed. I won't admit to the price (which was several hundred), but much under the estimate, and spared me replacing the alternator if this problem weren't noticed. Service like this doesn't COST, it PAYS. More
