I would especially like to mention Mike Bair and his excelle Honda of Tiffany Springs is the best Honda maintenance facility in the Kansas City area. I would especially like to mention Mike Bair and his excellent customer service. Mike always greets me by name, takes time to explain the service performed.... and never offers up or recommends unneeded service. And on the one occasion where warranty work was needed (new transmission), Mike was professional, efficient, and provided a loaner vehicle. He called me daily with the status of my vehicle, and called to apologize when part deliveries were delayed..... When my car was complete unfortunately the dealer's car wash was broke. When I drove up I witnessed Mike hand washing my vehicle. He wanted it to be perfect for delivery. Amazing service! More

Oil change. Went for an oil change. It looked like they were busy. Through waiting room door I saw my car siting for about 30 min. It was then driven out and abou Went for an oil change. Clerk went over the checklist of what was done. Out of curiosity when I got home I checked the fluid levels that were checked as topped off. The windshield washer fluid was dry. Brakes were not checked. I now wonder in that short time if I even got an oil change. More

More repairs than planned, but another great experience! I took my son's Accord in for a battery check and potential new battery. The Service Technician discovered other items that truly needed to be repair I took my son's Accord in for a battery check and potential new battery. The Service Technician discovered other items that truly needed to be repaired, not necessarily that day. However, it was easy to approve moving forward that day on all the repairs outlined to me by Mike Bair. Mike is the ultimate professional and straight shooter, plus he provided a loaner car at no charge since they had to keep my son's Accord overnight. Mike (and Jason Fry) is one of the primary reasons I only use Honda of Tiffany Springs to service our four Honda vehicles, all purchased at the dealership. I also have great faith in the Service Technicians doing the work, knowing many of them have many years of experience. Thus, Mike, Jason and the entire Service Advisor group, coupled with the Service Technicians making the repairs form an outstanding team providing the ultimate piece of mind when driving away from the dealership after paying for the visit. More
