In your response you say you paid 50% of the cost. I was offered a starter replacement because of a factory defect for $400. I did the service myself following the factory service bulletin for $160, and two hours of my time. When you say "don't hesitate to reach out" I did reach out when I was there. I spoke to Jeff the service manager who was not interested in listening to me at all. Tim.
