He gave good information about vehicles and product. I had a price in mind and they were able to meet it on trade in and new vehicle price. This is our fourth Honda (Accord, Pilot, CRV #1, CRV #2 I am very satisfied with my experience (my second) with purchasing a Honda from Bill Robinson. This is our fourth Honda (Accord, Pilot, CRV #1, CRV #2) and it is the first one that I am disappointed with. The problems range from the dangerous (the distracting & disorienting right side camera) to the annoying (the tiny buttons on the nav screen, the push-button ignition, the lack of a digital speedometer...even the Civics have that...), the hundreds of options to learn and remember. The push button ignition is particularly silly; all I can figure out it does is eliminates putting a key in the ignition. I don't see that as an advantage of any kind. I almost wish I had my '07 CRV back. More
