Knowledgeable, friendly staff I just bought a 2016 HR-V from Honda of Tiffany Springs. I was looking for a used CR-V to replace my totaled vehicle but didn't see the color and tri I just bought a 2016 HR-V from Honda of Tiffany Springs. I was looking for a used CR-V to replace my totaled vehicle but didn't see the color and trim I wanted. Bianca took us inside and mentioned the new HR-Vs. She knew her cars! She had learned exactly what I liked and didn't like and truly felt this was a match to my wants and needs. She checked her inventory and saw that the color I wanted was coming in within the next couple of weeks. She followed up with me by phone, text, and email. I was shocked when she texted me a picture of my new vehicle that had arrived over a week early. She made the buying process very easy! I was very impressed with Bianca and the rest of the Honda Tiffany Springs crew. Low pressure sales and wonderful delivery and finance experience with Anna Mora and Jesse Mora. Anna took the time to show me all the features of my new car and made sure that my phone was paired and radio stations were programmed. Jesse explained how parts of my previous financing could be refunded due to my loss a short time after buying that vehicle. I have never had a car dealership tell me how to get money back. They are usually trying to increase their own commissions. I will buy from Honda of Tiffany Springs from now on even though there is another dealership closer to where I live. More

Internet Pricing is the Future of Car Buying Honda of Tiffany Springs gave me a fair price via an internet price request before I even came to the dealership in person. After I got there, I changed my mind on the trim level and was promptly given another "best" price without the "What will it take to earn your business today" line that car dealers are famous for. During my car search, I contacted a few other Honda dealers as well. A couple of them wanted me to come in before getting serious with a price. Tiffany Springs and one other dealer gave me their best price right off the bat. (Both dealers were about the same price.) I bought from Tiffany Springs because they were the first one I tried via the web and all three people I worked with were very friendly and helpful. The dance that the buyer and seller go through during a traditional vehicle transaction does nothing but waste time and ruins the experience for the buyer. Internet pricing is the only way to go. Just give me your best price and I will buy it if I like the price. Simple for everyone. On one slightly negative side, the delivery of the vehicle could have been a little better. I didn't feel enough of the features/controls/adjustments were explained or demonstrated. It isn't something that would keep me from buying another vehicle from this dealer because I am sure they would have answered any question I had. I was just expecting more of a demonstration of where everything was, how it worked, etc. More
