I took the family for a test drive and did not expect to complete a deal that day, but their straightforward, no nonsense approach to negotiation made it easy. Everyone I worked with listened to my questions and explained the answers so that it was easy to make a final decision. I especially liked the fact that they take the time to help you understand and walk you through all the features on the car, rather than just letting you read the manual. More

The finance manager, Jesse, readily agreed to honor the new drop in price advertised on their website. Fritz was very patient with my several request, and Rod had a matter-of-fact approach, explaining our options, but not presuming to tell us what we should or shouldn't do -on a side note, he was great with our two and five year old. When the time comes and we need another vehicle, we will definitely be buying from Honda of Tiffany Springs!! More

All of the staff was kind, helpful who took the time to explain things, Jesse, Ben and Tim. It was never stressful. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the car to drive off after the contract and paperwork was signed. I waited 2 hours for the car and never really received an explanation about what was taking so long. That made the overall customer service rating "average" for me. More
