Obviously they cannot help anyone. I get on line for an inquiry into a tire rotation and oil change. Their team responds “Have a great day!” How does that answer anything? Then I call and get disconnected. More

This clearly is an automated message which makes this dealership’s customer service even worse!! They state “due to heavy service volume that day” they apologize for falling short. What is “that date” because this happened today!!!!!! Please Honda of Tiffany Springs don’t bother replying and wasting more of my time with a generic response!

We appreciate all feed back and we monitor all reviews personally not automatically. We strive to make all our customers satisfied and would love the opportunity to improve and do a better job next time if you give us a chance. We pride ourselves in our many great reviews and I do apologize that we feel short on providing you great service whether by phone or in person. Unfortunately our service advisers do get backed up with service calls as well as trying to assist folks here in person. We are taking strides to get assistance with service calls and service check in for our customers going forward with our new service consignor.
