They didn't have the exact color and interior we wanted in stock, so Brian was able to get it ordered and ready for us with all the additions by Tuesday morning. Buying process went very smoothly. I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Honda of Tiffany Springs. Everyone is extremely helpful and they take the time to answer all of my questions. If they do not know the answer they stop what they are doing (even if we are in the middle of signing paperwork) to go find out the answer. I appreciated this as i never felt pressure to just sign, sign and sign without any understanding. They took the time to explain everything to me. The facility is clean, organized and they have lots of very comfortable seating should you need to wait for anything. There is a beautiful fish tank to look at, televisions to watch, coffee, water even snacks help make any wait time more enjoyable. For all of the reasons mentioned above i will not hesitate to refer friends, family or anyone to to Honda of Tiffany Springs for an amazing car buying experience! More

Pretty Good Overall the experience was pretty good. Car buying process was smooth, lots of inventory to choose from. Sales team was very friendly and listened to what I was interested in and looking for. The only part I was not thrilled with was the Service Center. When we began the test drive, the car's display popped up with a "Check tire pressure" message so before we left the lot we pulled to the Service Center to let them know of the alert. I understand it was a busy day, however I was treated rather rudely and felt foolish for letting the Service Receptionist know about the car. Definitely not the way I expected to be treated especially when I was potentially buying the car. I did end up buying the car because the remainder of the experience was good, however I don't plan on returning to have the car serviced there unless I am given no other choice. More
