Check enging light right before Christmas Check engine light came on December 23rd and needed my accord for holiday. Also, worried about expense. Last oil change about 3 months ago service people said battery was good but I had noticed a degraded starting performance. Took them at their word and ended up stranded in a Liberty parking lot with non-functioning battery. The day before Thanksgiving I took the car in for battery replacement. Was done within 1/2 hour with a new competitively priced battery. Due to misleading statement on internet got free installation. I am a happy customer this trip. Thank you Jason! More

That is only issue, getting an appointment requires planning, this Service Dept is very busy and at times crowded and service time openings are few. But I have seen them fit all their walk-ins into the day they arrive. Great Shop. More
What they did was good. They just didn't complete it. Friday, Nov 15, I had an oil & filter change, a timing belt recall inspection, and a navigation system map update. However they did not reset my Maintenance Minder Code. I read through all of my manuals looking for a way to reset it myself, but couldn't find it. I called Honda to see if I could find out to reset it. I asked for the service department and was put on hold. I waited through four messages that they were busy, and finally left a message for them to call me back. They never returned my call. I called again Monday morning and was given the procedure, which worked. More
