Best car buying experience ever I got online, received a quote through email, the 2015 Accord was waiting for me to test drive when I got there, and the financing and paperwork went I got online, received a quote through email, the 2015 Accord was waiting for me to test drive when I got there, and the financing and paperwork went very quick. A Honda Dealership That Really Cares i wanted to buy a CRV-EX, but a test drive home revealed that it wouldn't fit in my little PV garage. I returned to the dealership and told them I'd n i wanted to buy a CRV-EX, but a test drive home revealed that it wouldn't fit in my little PV garage. I returned to the dealership and told them I'd need to look at a pearl white hrv-ex AWD. When your internet customer rep emailed me about a pearl white CRV I emailed back and said I needed an hrv-ex. She was the only dealership rep who followed up and let me know when a pearl white hrv was on the way. She and Woody and your sales manager were great, and Anna was super explaining the basics. This is my 2nd Honda, my first one just turned 21 and is going to a good home where it'll be loved and cared for by people who appreciate a fun 5 speed. Thank you Tiffany Springs Honda! More

Always a Smooth Ride This is my 6th car from this dealership, 3 for my son and this is my 3rd. The first 1 was 15 years ago when they were still John Chezik. I have come t This is my 6th car from this dealership, 3 for my son and this is my 3rd. The first 1 was 15 years ago when they were still John Chezik. I have come to expect the best sales and service from this dealership. This was my first time buying from a salesman different than the one I used in the past and I was a bit nervous of the "car sales guy". As it turned out, Jeff "Mad Dog" was awesome and as gentle as a puppy. Jeff knew I wanted a Pilot but I wanted to wait until the new 2016 came out. He waited for almost a year and never pressured me to buy anything other than what I wanted. When the first 2016 arrived, I test drove it and loved it, but wanted the touring version and the dark cherry exterior/tan interior (I am very picky, and he was good with that). Still no pressure to settle for less than what I wanted. We thought it would take 2 -3 months to get the car in, but it only took 7 weeks. I picked up the car on Monday. Jesse was able to get me a better interest rate than my own credit union, which made me very happy. Colette was a great help explaining the new technology and programming. Bottom line, I love my new Pilot and I have a new sales guy! By the way, I drive from south OP to Tiffany Springs Honda for service on all my Hondas, passing 3 Honda dealerships on the way. More

Our salesman, Pedro, was very low pressure and knowledgeable of all of the vehicles on the lot. After a brief discussion, he was able to quickly identify some models of vehicles, both new and used, and we began test drives and we identified our next car - on a lease option we had not even considered. Pedro was very patient while my wife and I made our decision. When it was time to make the purchase, Pedro was prepared to close, Anna walked me through many of the new features of my car, and Tim in finance finalized the process quickly and got me on my way.
