Redeeming experience. This is the second car we purchased from them, the first was over ten years ago. Enjoyed my car buying experience! I was nervous about dealing with a pushy salesperson, so I was thrilled when Bianca came out to the parking lot and introduced herself. I traded in my old CRV for a good price and she let me borrow a new one for the weekend so that I could show it to friends and family... and then when I wanted a different color, that had to be ordered, she made that happen! Excellent Customer Service! We were traveling to Kansas City from another state and had the misfortune to have our car break down. We had it towed to Honda of Tiffany Springs th We were traveling to Kansas City from another state and had the misfortune to have our car break down. We had it towed to Honda of Tiffany Springs that evening and by 1 pm the next day it was repaired. When we went to pick it up, we also looked at options to trade the car in on a newer model. Joe Ryan worked with us along with Tim Minter and Anna Mora. All three of them were very pleasant and helpful - and we are now the proud owners of a "new-er" Honda. I just wish we lived closer so we could do all our business with this dealership!! More
