Service staff I have brought our car in five times since we purchased it it August, twice for service and three times for problems. One out of the five times I was I have brought our car in five times since we purchased it it August, twice for service and three times for problems. One out of the five times I was treated with respect. This was a few days ago when Gina Urick worked with us. The other times I was not even greeted or my presence acknowledged in the service area, until I approached someone. Each time there were two or three of the service managers at their desks who did not have customers at the time. Unfortunately some of the settings were turned off after our regular service appointment January 7th; I had no cruise control, lane mitigation lines, etc. I had to make another trip to the service department the next day to get the settings restored. I was disappointed these basic functions were not operable after having had routine service and the 21 point inspecton. Anthony Catania has been very helpful and welcoming when we come in, even 4 months after the car was purchased. He has also helped me on the phone when I have had a simple question. More

We added a premium tire upgrade to replace the lesser factory set. This is our town car, not used on trips. Service is great over 3 years due to Mike Bair. Previously we bought and serviced at O'Neill, but have switched to Tiffany Springs. We prioritize service over sales. In 2020 we will likely upgrade our trip vehicle to an AWD sedan. More
