The car was prepared for a drive to Delray Beach, Florida. The basic needs of the car were met however, the cause for the appointment was not. The car needs a new navigation unit and the time required to procure one was too long. I was told it would take two to three weeks before the part came in and we (my wife and myself) were driving to Florida that same Friday. I was given a list of options in which the best one was to have it done at Delray Honda in Delray Beach, The car had been serviced there before (for a flood recovery and a tire). They said the new unit would be in in three days. I have an appointment there to install it. More

Making online service appointments is a breeze, selection of desired services is intuitive and easy. The door at the location opens at 7:00 sharp, service advisors are courteous and attentive to the customer and always check the service history in addition to listening to what the customer wants done, to make sure no service is left unattended. The waiting room is comfortable, the coffee machine is excellent and the coffee and bagel service is a welcome boon when you are there early. I've been a customer at Honda of Tenafly for 8 years; bought, leased and serviced my vehicles and if there is something to be dissatisfied about this dealership, I haven't found it. More

Kathy Amano is the best I arrived early for a 7 am appointment and Kathy was already dealing with a long line of customers. That's huuuuuuuuge when you need to get to work on time. I was lucky enough to have Kathy deal with my service. Before I even signed the service contract Kathy hooked me up with the shuttle service. I was home and back to work before most of my coworkers even made it to work. My car needed a lot of work and Kathy gave me updates throughout the day. I was considering a Lincoln MKC for my next car but from what I have heard about the service at the Lincoln dealer, they don't have anyone like Kathy working there. I will likely rent or purchase my next car from Honda of Tenafly More
