If I could give their Service Department “0” stars I would. They are unprofessional, disorganized, there is NO oversite btwn SVc Mgr and Technician. They are not TRUTHFUL. STAY AWAY!!!!! More

You have my information, it’s in your dealer system. Don’t LIE. It’s all there. And I will continue to seek reparations for your dealers inadequacies. Do you want me to upload all of the PDFs with service history, as well as all of the discrepancies as well as lack of Manager oversight with regards to mileage multiple times. Wonder what Honda Corp would think as well as how this would impact your MDF funds. I should have received a call when I left there in June. You are only responding now as I am writing reviews as you so mistakenly have had Michelle Pincay reach out to me to sell my car back to get into a new one and then Jaylynn today to schedule a recall service. I am a widow - trusted you ans I should not have. Honda of Tenafly is the worst. My family bought the first CRX from you. Then an Accord, then 2 Honda Civic hatchbacks - back then you were the dealer - customer service was paramount. Then I bought the Honda Civic Sport Coupe for my boys and it has been in your shop over and over again and your service team is incompetent at best. So YOU call me. And stop lying you and Michelle Martinez have my records. She texted me today.
