Overall I am usually very satisfied with the service center. However, this time I needed additional service done on my car which I did not remember. I feel Honda should have known this based on my previ center. However, this time I needed additional service done on my car which I did not remember. I feel Honda should have known this based on my previous visit, so when I got my service I basically was told I would have to come back which was frustrating being a young, new car owner. Additionally, the person who serviced my car made a clear comment about how I "did not know anything" which I thought was a little rude. If I "do not know anything" I would like to feel more support and help rather than a lost little girl in a car dealership. More
