I have a new car 2020 not a year old, I have been coming back and forth about an issue I have, it continues to happen. I call the cooperate office and they have a case. I made an appointment to come in to have the issue resolved a third time. Whenever my driver window goes down there is streaks. I spoke with ROB at the service department and he told me this is not a honda problem it's your problem probably grease from your hands excuse me?? I said it cannot be I have kids how their windows don't have the same issue I am the only one driving me car. I'm very upset and instead of calming the situation he's arguing with me back and forth. I said I need to speak with the manager he said I'm the manager really how so? AND YOU STEADY ARGUING WITH ME TELLING ME THIS IS NOT A HONDA PROBLEM? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I stated my other concern the brakes is squeaking and it's not a year yet I have this car. He said maybe it just dust what is this?? first off the car should not be squeaking when I bought it under a year. I will never come back here for service (in my angry mood). At first I felt like home they treated me like familythe few times I came, but now just one bad taste spoil the whole pot. When I purchased my car my sales person was exceptional. ROB should not be no manager he don't know how to speak to customers it was embarrassing that everyone was sitting there listening he going back and forth with me. UNACCEPTABLE period... After all of this I was happy to meet with the director and his assistant manager and my problem was resolved, so out of a bad thing there was a good outcome. 👍 This was representation of good leadership and was conducted effectively by managing conflicts. They resolved my conflict and I left happier than I walked in the door. More

My experience with Honda of Tenafly was amazing from start to finish. I spoke with Mike in the call center first,he convinced me to come in even with my bad credit.When i got there Herbie jumped right u start to finish. He asked what I needed in a vehicle, and found exactly what I was looking for. I test drove a CRV and fell in love with it,i then for the next 2 weeks drove him crazy asking all sorts of questions-never once did he have a problem answering me.THEN came the night i went in to finally make my purchase,he had my vehicle ready and waiting for me-it was extremely clean and they even gave me a full tank of gas,made sure i had a spare tire jack and tire kit!!The salesmen even helped me clean out my old vehicle and move everything over to my new one, the light on my truck is cracked and they are even putting a brand new one on for me!!
