My experience with Honda of Tenafly was amazing from start to finish. I spoke with Mike in the call center first,he convinced me to come in even with my bad credit.When i got there Herbie jumped right u start to finish. I spoke with Mike in the call center first,he convinced me to come in even with my bad credit.When i got there Herbie jumped right up,greeted me,pulled up every single email with Mike,and got right to business. He asked what I needed in a vehicle, and found exactly what I was looking for. I test drove a CRV and fell in love with it,i then for the next 2 weeks drove him crazy asking all sorts of questions-never once did he have a problem answering me.THEN came the night i went in to finally make my purchase,he had my vehicle ready and waiting for me-it was extremely clean and they even gave me a full tank of gas,made sure i had a spare tire jack and tire kit!!The salesmen even helped me clean out my old vehicle and move everything over to my new one, the light on my truck is cracked and they are even putting a brand new one on for me!! I have to say Ive never had a better or easier dealership experience!I will return in the future!!THANK YOU HERBIE!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! More
