Absolutely wonderful experience at Honda of Tenafly. I’m a first time car buyer, and my dealer James Ayala was completely honest from the start of our initial introduction. I was given very fair and reasona a first time car buyer, and my dealer James Ayala was completely honest from the start of our initial introduction. I was given very fair and reasonable fees from the moment I saw the vehicle. No hidden fees were tacked on once I got to finance, and they were able to get me a great rate for my loan. I 100% recommend this dealer, and wish all salesmen were as honest and patient as James. In fact, all staff was extremely pleasant and personable. They did not use any predatory practices and did not try to take advantage of me at any point of the sale. Absolutely headache free. I will be back in the future to purchase again.
