I decided to purchase from Mr. Dwight, because I believe him. I am Japanese just came to America 2 month ago. I was pleased with the car I bought and the ease of the process. Herbie wasn't a pushy salesman, which I can appreciate. One pretty large dissatisfaction was the push for us to wait for the car to be cleaned and serviced to take home that evening. We arrived at the dealership at 1p and didn't leave until close to 7p. I knew that there was a torrential storm coming and was told the car wouldn't take that long to service. My sister and I ended up having to drive home in the worst weather conditions. We live about 50 minutes from Tenafly, our drive was an hour and a half as we ran right into the storm we were trying to avoid. It took the joy out of buying a new car. That was extremely disappointing. In the future, if a customer is willing to come pick their vehicle up on another day, don't coax them into waiting for hours. More
