He truly wanted to help us get the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and closed the sale quickly. We were very impressed with his communication and professionalism. The other reps we spoke to in passing were also kind and helpful. We got such a great vibe from the employees and the dealership; we would definitely purchase something again and I can’t recommend Dalen more highly. He helped us get a great deal and get out the door in our 2018 civic with very low miles fast and with no hassle- which is exactly what we wanted. We will absolutely be back for our next car.
