As stated above everything just felt rushed. Eddie the sales rep just seemed like he wanted the car off the lot as quickly as possible. As a first time car buyer I just felt overwhelmed. Before I knew it I was signing the paperwork. I naively thought Eddie at least had some of my best interest at heart, but that wasn't the case. It honestly didn't occur to me until recently how badly I got ripped off from this dealership. I started doing a little research and found I had overpaid by an embarrassing amount and now I just feel cheated. On the surface the customer service seemed great, but all of that went out the window once I found out how badly I had been cheated. I should have done a bit more research and should have put my foot down when I began feeling rushed and uncomfortable. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. At least now I know what red flags to look out for. Hopefully my next car purchase will be a better experience.

Eddie Singh was our guy when we visited Honda of Tenafly for the first time. He was very honest, and offered my husband and I optimal costumer service! I was very happy with all his help and very highly satisfied as well by the way he treated us. He was really really good! He worked with us and walked us through all the steps of leasing our first car from them. I would highly recommend Him and Jason, who also helped us with the financing. We liked their honesty and their expertise. They explained everything to us, they listened to us, they answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns, and best of all - They worked with our budget. They treated us like family! Thank you Eddie, Jason, Ronnie Manuel, and Roy! Excellence service and so happy with my new Honda Civic! I would highly recommend them all! Best costumer service I have received when getting a car from a dealer!
