According to my leasing contract I was supposed to paid 14,008.65 to purchase my car after 3 years. Actually I ended up paying 17,579.45 $. Then I got a thank you email from Norman Dorf, the owner of Honda of Tenafly asking to contact him if I had any issue with my purchase. I wrote back explaining my dissatisfaction and asked him to explain. It has been 10 days and I got no answer. No answer neither from Claudia Vazquez. Very disappointing. I originally had a decent lease; they just overcharged me at the end to compensate. More
