I give D&C Honda in Tenafly NJ a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have had only good experiences with both sales and service since 2007 when I leased a brand new Honda Civic that same year. Sales Representative, Mr. Herbie Rosario is an excellent employee. He is patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable of car sales. He is not a forceful or pushy person and he really knows how to work with the customers. Herbie is a great asset to D&C Honda of Tenafly, NJ. More

Herbie is very attentive and friendly. He is NOT you typical high pressure salesman. He is not great remembering names of past customers, but he knew we had been to him before which is a plus in my book typical high pressure salesman. If all dealerships had people like Herbie, I think the industry would be so much better, no one would be worried about being taken advantage of. AS much as people always complaining and make a bad name for things, I also like to commend people for great work too. My only criticism would be with the credit department. They were VERRRRRRY slow in calling us in to finish the paperwork. He was very nice when we got in the office, but it was uncomfortably slow. Thanks Herbie, we will see you again, and a referral! Kristen tells it like it is. Kristen was incredibly patient with myself and my daughter. We test drove several models and had her explain all the features of each one. We ended up buying a car that I never had heard of (Honda Crosstour) however it was the perfect fit for my daughter since it had all the features we were looking for and a 9.9 safety rating. Any other dealer (I have previously purchased over 20 cars and have extensive experience with dealers) would have kept pushing us to buy the first model we test drove but Kristen wanted to make sure we bought the best car for us. Besides her patience Kristen knew not only the Honda product line but the comparable products. She throughly explained all of the differences between the different cars (I know since while we were at DC Honda I checked on my blackberry). It was refreshing to deal with a car salesperson who was honest and helpfull. I plan on purchasing at least one and maybe two more cars from DC Honda and Kristen in the near future. More
