It is our 3rd car buy or leasing a Honda with D&C Honda. I think buying with Harry was the best experience from the 3 times I bought with D&C Honda. My husband and I bought a new CR-V from Kristen. We actually WAITED for her exclusively because my husband had bought a used Civic the previous year from her and really liked her. She was extremely helpful and friendly even though my husband was purchasing a "less than expensive" car. I found her to be very professional but also "down to earth" and easy to talk to. I signed a contract for a blue metallic CR-V but had a change of heart after leaving the dealership. I felt it too BLUE when I saw it on the street and told my husband (Kevin) that I really wanted the silver. He called Kristen and she was VERY gracious about it. There were NO silver at D&C at that time but she called around and did what she needed to do to get me what I wanted. She didn't have to do that or be so understanding but she was great! When I picked up my SILVER CR-V I apologized for being such a nuisance but she made me feel like it was no problem, just part of her job. I will also deal exclusively with Kristen in the future- she is a real professional. She also knows her cars and after her going over all the "bells and whistles" of my new car I was really comfortable driving away that first day. She is a real asset to D&C Honda! Frank is a wonderful representative for your dealership. He is warm, very friendly, knows his car models, and understands the customer. He answered all my questions, however silly they might have been ,and he was very patient when I could not decide between two colors and wavered back and forth (he definitely understands women). I felt that Frank is a very genuine person who would not just sell you a car, but that you could go back to in the future with any other issues or questions. I have already recommended your dealership and especially Frank to my family, friends, and coworkers. I had been to a dealership in Hackensack just before coming to you as it was closer to my home, but walked out because the salesman was rude and did not address me, even though I was the one purchasing the car. The salesman also kept trying to push the larger SUV on me, even though I repeatedly said I did not like it. Frand is an asset to your business; perhaps you should send him over to Honda in Hackensack to do some training. Anyhow, thank you and I LOVE my HONDA CRV!! More

Herbie did a great job taking me for a test drive, explaining all the details of the car. He came up with a good price and did not pressure me at all after decided to think it over. He patiently explained how the cars features worked before I brought the new car home. I love the car and I loved the whole experience. I can honestly say as a women; dealerships as well as mechanics see us coming and take advantage of us. From the second my mother & I walked into D&C honda of Tenafly and had the great pleasure of worki mechanics see us coming and take advantage of us. From the second my mother & I walked into D&C honda of Tenafly and had the great pleasure of working with Them my idea of what an pleasant experience in buying/leasing a vehicle has changed. Herbie was honest, helpful, informative and positive. I was never soo happy to give someone my money. Not to mention, My mother and I felt like we had new friends NOT JUST a new dealership. I have been to many dealerships over the years, and this is my THIRD Honda, and most certainly not my last. I will not only return in three years when my lease expires, but recommend anyone who is in the market for a honda to this dealership and in particular to see Herbie. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, Herbie walked me through the vehicle and all it's cool options. I brought them in Rice Crispy treats and a card because I felt like that's the least I could do to show my appreciation for the BEST experience I've ever had. Thanks again to everyone there, Mike in Finance was also very gracious, helpful and a spitfire of personality! Great dealer and dealership to work with. I've had some negative experiences in the past when attempting to purchase a used car, but D&C Honda's asking price was unbeatable, and Herbie's customer service w negative experiences in the past when attempting to purchase a used car, but D&C Honda's asking price was unbeatable, and Herbie's customer service was straightforward, honest and excellent in quality.
