I saw the car liked it very much went inside and i started talking to Herbie from the beginning he was very helpful answered all the questions i had and did NOT bombard me by trying to sell the car on the spot. Unlike other dealers that the first thing they ask is "how much down payment will you put." I went home and came back 3 more times until i finally purchased the car. He listened with patience to my needs and concerns and within 1 hour I had all the prices I needed to make a decision, I had test driven the car of my choice, and I signed paperwork and put a deposit down on a beautiful brand new Honda Civic. Herbie arranged for it to be taken right off the showroom floor and prepped for me to drive home the same day by 5pm. A Smooth transaction from beginning to end effortless on my part due to the great Salesman Herbie!!!! The entire process went very smooth giving me all the facts, had me in a new car by 5pm the same day as I had requested by phone earlier that morning from work!!! Took the time to go over all the features in the car with me and answer all my questions and I did ask alot of them & took a ride with me and filled the tank with Gas!!
