This dealer is good but tough. You need to talk to the mangers to get things done. The sales departmenet is very nice, but be careful, their word may be half truths. We chose to visit this dealership because they had 2010 a Honda Fit with navigation in stock, in a preferred color, and within an hour's drive of our home. The appointment started right on time and Brian was extremely helpful.There was no high sales pressure, all fees were presented up front, and he explained the various options for waiting to make our decision. Later that day we felt ready to buy and he managed to squeeze us in as early as possible for pickup on a very busy Saturday so that we did not have to come back the next week. In between the Fit test drive and signing the paperwork, we went to a different dealer to look at an alternate option from a different manufacturer. There we had a much less pleasant sales experience including high pressure, lack of information and a salesperson who could only discuss the car, not the fees. This contrast made us appreciate the behavior of Brian (and later the finance manager) even more. Should we need to get another car, we would not hesitate to return to D&C Honda even though other dealerships are closer. More

I told him that I already had a Honda whose lease would not be up for a few months. The manager then mentioned a special deal that Honda was offering. He then passed me on to a salesman, Harry Sagong, who gave me more information. Harry was personable but didn't pressure me in any way. I left but promised to call Harry the next day after giving the information some thought. I called Harry, later went into the dealership and sealed the deal. Overall, my experience with Harry was very pleasant, and I now have a new Honda. More

I have bought a few cars from Kristen, and my sister in-law also bought a new Pilot. Kristen has always worked well with us and we plan on buying from her in the future. I have also used D and C autobody, they are really great to work with and do professional work on any make (I had my Silverado worked on). I did not buy the extended warranty on this car (a Piot). I had a problem with an issue on my 08 Civic with my automatic window not closing, dealer said it "might not be covered once we get in and something isn't broken. A simple adjustmant would not be covered and I would take a chance of paying for the job. More

When I did come in again he knew was debating leasing with another brand but he did not make any negative remarks about other brand and was so helpful. Between he and Ray I walked out of dealership without the feeling that I had been pushed into buying something I didn't really need. Usually when I lease a car and go in finance department I leave feeling I bought things I didn't need or have't been dragged into so many choices my head would spin. This transaction went painlessly and I love the car I choose. The CR-V ex-L. Thanks Steve and Ray More
