On one Saturday evening I decided to go into D&C autos dealership. Brian Gehan helped me with the Accords they had. The dealership has good collection of Honda cars of different trims. Brain was kind enough to stay late and show me the cars they had. The dealership also helped me with the finance (considering that I hadn't built up much credit history getting a loan wasn't very easy). The promptness of the guys Brian and the Finance team helped me to make the purchase within 3 days of deciding the vehicle I wanted to buy. I am using the car for 3 weeks now and cannot complain. One thing worth mentioning is that the dealership does not negotiate at all on the internet price. More

Herbie will walk you through the process of purchasing a car with clear information and transparent business (you know exactly what you are signing). After visiting 3 car dealers and wasting many hours looking for the right car with the right price, I purchased my car at Honda of Tenafly with the certainty that a better deal cannot be possible. I left their facility with the excitement to recommend Herbie and Honda of Tenafly (something I never do). This was my first time buying a used car and also first time financing. I identified three certified pre-owned CR-V's on-line available at this dealership. All were available when I went to the dealer and all were priced below the Kelly Blue Book price. Michael was helpful in showing each car, providing a test drive of the one I was most interested in, and handling the logistics. He was quick to respond to a question I emailed the following day. The Finance department was also helpful and efficient in arranging the financing and extended warranty. Not sure if I got the lowest price on the car, warrantly, and APR, but feel I got a reasonable prices and rates. What was imprtant to me was that the process was relatevely quick and painless. More

He went above and beyond the norm to accommod the Tenafly Honda Dealer. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful, especially Mr. Herbie Rosario. He went above and beyond the norm to accommodate me, walking me through every little detail and feature of my new Honda CRV. I was initially intimidated by both the navigation and blue tooth systems. Mr. Rosario explained everything to me so clearly that I was able to use my navigation system instantly. I loved how he encouraged questions and did not rush me at all. I left the dealeship completely comfortable in my new car. This is by far the best customer experience I have ever had!!!! Thank you Herbie. Lets just say my experience with Honda was horrible until I came to Honda Tenafly. As soon as I got there I saw a car that I was interested in and the salesman Herbie came out to help me. After checking the ratings on this site and checking out the multitude of Honda dealerships in Northern New Jersey, I had a feeling that Honda of Tenafly would be the best place to test drive and purchase a the multitude of Honda dealerships in Northern New Jersey, I had a feeling that Honda of Tenafly would be the best place to test drive and purchase a vehicle. I had already done my research on the Fit before the visit, but Kristen was still able to show me a few things about the car that I did not know and have proven useful in the short time I've owned the car. From test drive to signing took about 30 minutes. There was very little back and forth or hassle, and within minutes we had a deal that was acceptable to everyone involved. Everyone involved with the process was extremely nice and genuinely enjoyed working there. That is a rarity in any business let alone a car dealership. If you're thinking of purchasing a new vehicle, I highly recommend Kristen and Honda of Tenafly. More

Kristin Tedesco greeted me with a big smile and by the time we spent going over the myriad of dials and buttons and switches unfamiliar to me, I felt as if we were long-tme friends. She was so patient and thorough and answered all my questions, that I couldn't wait to reward her by placing my order. Since takng possession of the car, I have had a few calls from her inquiring if I was satisfied and offering to answer questions I might have. If more sales people were like Kristen, shopping would again be a pleasure. More
