My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received at D&C Honda. We were not planning to buy a Honda and were in facts on our way to leasing a Ford Escape. Kristen compared the two vehicles with us and then encouraged us to drive the Honda CR-V. We were so impressed with the car itself and the deal Kristen offered us, we signed the paperwork that night and picked up the CR-V the next day. Kristen's knowledge and honesty convinced us rather quickly that the Honda was a better choice for us. The process of returning a lease and starting a new one was something I didn't know anything about and dreaded. Kristen explained everything clearly and patiently and made the entire process easy. Both Kristen and her coworkers were efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting D&C Honda before making a choice to buy a car elsewhere. More
After getting the run around on the highway I decided to check D&C Honda to see if they could lease me a 2011 Odyssey at a reaonable price. I dealt with Herbie Rosario who I had met previously when he sold a friend a car. The process was painless and seamless. Herbie was never pushy or annoying in his approach. After wasting time on the higway I was happy that I didn't have to spend a signicifant amount of time playing "the game" with Herbie.Once we agreed on the terms of the deal Herbie had my car ready for delivery within a day. Herbie was very knowledgable about the new Odyssey and seemed to be as excited about it as I was. I will definitely refer the dealership and Herbie to friends/family in the future. More

My wife and I just recently took delivery of our new Honda Accord from D&C Honda and we could not be more pleased! This is our first Leased car. Everything turned out fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for an easier sales experience. Our salesperson, Karin Bechor, listened to everything we wanted, and helped us try to save money as much as possible. She is very personable and helpful. The finance person was also very informative and patient. No presssure sales here. I highly recommend this dealer. More
This dealer is good but tough. You need to talk to the mangers to get things done. The sales departmenet is very nice, but be careful, their word may be half truths. We chose to visit this dealership because they had 2010 a Honda Fit with navigation in stock, in a preferred color, and within an hour's drive of our home. The appointment started right on time and Brian was extremely helpful.There was no high sales pressure, all fees were presented up front, and he explained the various options for waiting to make our decision. Later that day we felt ready to buy and he managed to squeeze us in as early as possible for pickup on a very busy Saturday so that we did not have to come back the next week. In between the Fit test drive and signing the paperwork, we went to a different dealer to look at an alternate option from a different manufacturer. There we had a much less pleasant sales experience including high pressure, lack of information and a salesperson who could only discuss the car, not the fees. This contrast made us appreciate the behavior of Brian (and later the finance manager) even more. Should we need to get another car, we would not hesitate to return to D&C Honda even though other dealerships are closer. More
I bought my 2 previous Hondas at D&C and wanted to purchase my third one from them. When I entered the showroom Mr. Rosario approached me and was friendly and not pushy. I did not walk into the dealership intending to leave having leased a new car; my intention was to explore my options. I was approached by a manager as all of the salespeople were busy. I told him that I already had a Honda whose lease would not be up for a few months. The manager then mentioned a special deal that Honda was offering. He then passed me on to a salesman, Harry Sagong, who gave me more information. Harry was personable but didn't pressure me in any way. I left but promised to call Harry the next day after giving the information some thought. I called Harry, later went into the dealership and sealed the deal. Overall, my experience with Harry was very pleasant, and I now have a new Honda. More
