I bought my 08 Honda Accord from Herbie at DC Honda of Tenafly, because I'd checked this web site on the 2 cars i was considering. The Toyota I was looking at (another dealership), was 09, less mileage Tenafly, because I'd checked this web site on the 2 cars i was considering. The Toyota I was looking at (another dealership), was 09, less mileage and FULLY stacked. It was a bit more expensive, but very tempting. However, when I compared the comments on the 2 Dealerships, it was clear that I shouldn't buy a used car from the Toyota place, because of the VERY poor ratings in ALL departments. Herbie and all departments at DC were top rated. Besides that, I got personal recommendations for DC Service and Sales, from a number of friends. It all went perfectly smoothly, Herbie was patient (and BUSY). I never felt presssured, though I called and visited numerous times. He knows his stuff, and gives good, honest advice. More

I travelled from Yonkers, Westchester to do my Rollover Lease Finance transaction with Honda of Tenafly. The main reason why I travelled over 15 miles to do this simple task is - The representatives fr Lease Finance transaction with Honda of Tenafly. The main reason why I travelled over 15 miles to do this simple task is - The representatives from the dealerships in my area did not offer me the level of customer care that I expected. Harry from the Finance Office displayed this courtesywhen I first met him: * He listened very carefully, * He offered alternative options to meet my Budget. *He was professional yet flexible ie. While he secured his Sales goal ...I did not feel that he was trying to 'hustle' or make a quick profit off me... The entire team was friendly and presented a Teamlike spirit. Herbie was a great salesman. I had a wonderful experience at Tenafly. He clearly explained the CRV and the difference between the models, he answered all of my questions with regards to my new ca experience at Tenafly. Tenafly Honda had the best prices listed on the web in compare to the other dealers. Although, the cars I saw on the web were no longer at the dealership. The webpage needs to be updated often.
