This was my first time buying a car and I was quite nervous because I really know nothing about the process. Kristen was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. She made the process so easy and smooth I actually had every intention of buying a Toyota Corolla, but something told me to stop at D&C and I'm so glad that I did. Kristen took the time to compare cars and encouraged me to buy the CR-V. She impressed with with how knowledgable she was during the test drive. I was so impressed in fact that I signed the paperwork for the CR-V right away without thinking twice. The car was washed, cleaned inside and out , along with a few amenaties i was looking for. After the test drive i was still unsure, but a few dayslater of thinking about the price , the mileage,& the color I knew i was making the right decision. I came to the dealership to lease the Honda Accord LX advertised in the Record. When Mr. Rosario greeted me I showed him the ad, he corteousely took me to his desk and told me that there were two cars av advertised in the Record. We went for a test drive and after we returned we completed the transaction within 15 to 20 minutes. Mr. Rosario was very efficient in explaining everything and answered all my questions.
