I just went in for my first oil change. I stopped buy to see Frank and tell him how happy I am with the accord he sold me.We had alot of snow in n.j. and the car handled great. Buying a pre-owner vehicle for the first time on my own was practically a painless experience. My wife and I walked into D&C Honda after an internet inquiry on a Honda Pilot EX , and met with Jerry. He was very gracious and knowledgable of the vehicle, especially the electronics. We took it for a test drive, discussed the bells and whistles. We have a large family and needed a safe reliable vehicle and felt the Pilot could solve our needs. Mr. Rosario was very helpful when I discovered I had left my EZpass in my old vehicle. He was able to get it back for me. Also, the day after I picked up my car a stone cracked the windshield. Just got a Honda CR-V EX-Nav and I love it. I walked in on Friday afternoon and left Saturday afternoon with my new car. Herbie was great to deal with from start to finish. When I picked up the car, he took the time to explain the features to me and helped me program the Bluetooth. So many fun things to play with!
