My family walked into Honda of Tenafly office on a Friday around 6.30 or so when they were almost ready to close. I went to Honda of Tenafly looking for a used car to purchase because my current car was completely out of commission and I can not be with out a car. I was very nervous going to a dealer to get a car d purchase because my current car was completely out of commission and I can not be with out a car. I was very nervous going to a dealer to get a car due to the fact that I have never bought a car from a dealer and I do not like to be pressured into anything. But I was nervous for nothing. My experience with Kristen was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, professional and straight forward with me. I don't know anything about cars so she explained everything and I mean everything that I needed to know with out pressuring me or trying to sway me in any direction. She worked with me as far as my budget and styles that I liked and I couldn't be happier. This was my first time going to a dealership buying a car. My brother owned a Ford Dealership in South Jersey and over the years got all my cars from him. At the same time I leased this Toyota there were recalls, I had a feeling of betrayal when this happened and lost my trust in Toyota. When it was time to turn in the car I had been looking at Honda's. After seeing the Presedential Ad at Honda of Tenafly with a 0.9% financing interest I decided to buy a Honda Civic Coupe which appealed to me. I went to Honda of Tenafly and dealt with Michael Huh, he was extremely helpful and so pleasant. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Honda of Tenafly and with Michael Huh. We bought our previous Honda, the 1999 Odyssey, from Mark Randall at Honda of Tenafly (when it was known as D&C Honda of Tenafly). Since then, we have had all of the maintenance and repair work done there, Randall at Honda of Tenafly (when it was known as D&C Honda of Tenafly). Since then, we have had all of the maintenance and repair work done there, also, and we have not regretted it AT ALL. The sales staff as well as the service staff are the friendliest, most helpful people you will ever come across in auto sales and service. In addition, when there were some rather expensive repairs that needed to be made on our van, Bob Brislin, the Service Manager, went to bat for us to get the repair at a VERY reduced price, or even free if he could manage it. All of the service department employees were honest to a fault with us; we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Now, in 2012, after nearly 13 years and 197,000 miles on that 1999 Odyssey, we have just purchased our second Odyssey, from the same salesman, Mark Randall, at the same store. Mark went to bat to get us the best deal possible (all while "enjoying" having a streaming cold), and we are now the the proud owners of a top-of-the-line 2012 Odyssey, and we wish we could buy six more cars right now from them.
