Honda of Tenafly

This is my 5th Honda, and my 2nd time working with Herbie. He helped me through a very complicated transaction, since this car was being purchased in NJ but being shipped to California for my daughte Herbie. He walked me through everything, and was very helpful to my daughter who had to take care of all the $$ transactions. The dealership is awesome, Harry in Finance was a big help too. Even though this purchase took longer than most, Herbie was so patient and helpful. He went above and beyond, always calling me back promptly and seeing that my daughter got all of the papers she needed in a very timely manor. I will be seeing Herbie again in a few months when my current Civic lease is up. More

Very professional and his knowledge will blow you away. We found a car to our liking in all aspects, so we went ahead and signed and planned on picking it up days later. I showed up at the dealership 2 days before the scheduled pickup day unannounced, wanting to change my model with an upgraded version, so I can surprise my husband. I was afraid I was going to be given an attitude or a difficult time but Herbie showed patience and understanding as he went over the upgrades to the model and redid all the paperwork.
