Though I have had cars in the past, this was the first part time I bought a brand new car. Herbie made me feel at ease with my decisions and was very helpful with my concerns. The part I loved the most was that he was not pushy or coercive at all with his selling. After going to a few dealerships it was really refreshing to find a salesman who understood my concerns and situation and helped me according. Jessica Berberyan was also extremely professional and very helpful with all the information she gave me at the dealership, which is information that will help me be a better consumer. The atmosphere of the dealership, and all the employees that worked there, was extremely friendly and for a buyer like me, that is something that pretty much sealed the deal. Negotiation was also an honest exchange with the end result that I was satisfied and simply happy, as a customer, with my lease.
