Kristen is very easy to talk to and I'm amazed by her knowledge of the cars. She is very intuitive about what I want from a car and after laying out all the options for me, she allows me to make my choic knowledge of the cars. Scheduled for 5/21 then rescheduled for 5/27. 5/27 when I went in for service, the part was sent back. How could this be? the dealer is supposed to keep the part for 30 days. That's what the service advisor (Robert Galbrecht) told me. I wanted to talk to manager but Bob told me that the manager was not in. But then he ordered the part for me and expected for the part to arrive on Wednesday but since I live far from the dealer, he promised to ship the part to the address I had given him. Mind you, I live 50 miles from the dealer and was visiting my parents on that day so I can come for the speed control knob. No, it doesn't take more than 5 days to mail it. It's Tuesday and I still don't have the knob in my hand. Why did I rate not recommend? I called to reschedule, service advisor didn't note the new time. The dealer didn't keep the part in stock. The service Advisor didn't mail the part to me. And may have lied about the manager not in, let's be honest how could the manager not in on Friday afternoon? So disappointed in them. More

After we came to our decision to purchase the Honda Civic, he guided us through the paperwork, explained/demonstrated all of our car's functions, making absolutely sure we were comfortable behind the wheel before we left the dealership. We are happy with our Civic, and will recommend Mark and D&C Honda to our family and friends. Thank you, Mark!!! More
Herbie was patient, professional and responsive to all my questions. Some salesman provide confusing answers to questions about the car when they have no idea, or say ‘yes’ to any question just to make a sa questions. Some salesman provide confusing answers to questions about the car when they have no idea, or say ‘yes’ to any question just to make a sale, but Herbie was the opposite, and even said 'I don't know, let me find out' to a question I asked. He then proceeded to open up the Owner's Manual to find the answer and show me how it worked. Herbie made sure I understood the answers he provided, rather than rushing into a sale. There was no pressure and his relaxed and honest attitude made me feel comfortable dealing with him and D&C Honda. More

Walked in the dealership with my daughter who was looking for a car. Greeted almost immediately by Steve who was extremely friendly and patient while we asked him a million or so questions about Hondas. (W for a car. (We had previously bought Toyota, VW, and Nissan but never a Honda.) We asked Steve to convince us why we should buy the Honda over the VW we had recently seen. He was able to provide us with sound and logical reasons. Steve remembered that I mentioned that I intended to check what Consumer Reports had to say about specific Hondas. Without asking, he took it upon himself to do the CR research and call me with the results. He even offered to keep the magazines at his desk and available for me to look at them. He wanted me to feel certain that he was not fabricating any of the information. Steve proved to be honest and forthright and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He did not pressure me into any financing arrangements that I did want nor did he waste my time with any tacky sales tactics. My daughter and I actually had fun and some good laughs while buying this car from Steve. More
