Kristen made my leasing experience at Honda of Tenafly as painless as possible. After entering my criteria for a Honda FIT on the Internet, Kristen sent me an email and a follow-up phone call to discuss the painless as possible. After entering my criteria for a Honda FIT on the Internet, Kristen sent me an email and a follow-up phone call to discuss the details of my required lease. I immediately recieved the pricing details and confirmation that the car was available. When I was unable to get to the dealership for a few days due to a planned trip, Kristen continued to follow-up and ensure that when I arrived, she would be able to assist me. There were two problems encountered during my visit that were out of Kristen's control, yet she did everything possible to make sure they were corrected. Both problems were due to my time of arrival at the dealership (after 6pm). When I decided to lease the 2011 Honda FIT, the cleaning service crew at Honda had already left for the day. Kristen took the necessary steps and found a way to get the car cleaned for delivery (which was not an easy task due to the protective coating on the body that must be professionally removed. When there was an issue encountered at Honda Leasing, Kristen's persistence eventually corrected the Credit issue and allowed for my lease to go through without having to make alternative financing arrangements. When it was finally time to drive my car away, Kristen took the time to explain all of the necessary details of the car and answered any questions that I had. Overall a very easy and smooth way to purchase a car. More
