Unlike past experiences with sales agents at dealerships,Herbie's friendly,gentle manner allowed me to comfortably explain my needs in a vehicle. Herbie attentively listened w/o agressively attempting to alter my focus. When unassure of a specific vehicle's features while comparing,Herbie clearly stated the differences and advantages,in very understandable terminology. His 'soft sell' approach allowed me the necessary time needed to mull over my options. Ultimately,when my decision was made ,Herbie further re-assured me by reviewing the previous owners car history with me. After finalizing the sale, I requested the car's year specific manual.Herbie promised that he would immediately order one and contact me upon arrival.I was somewhat skeptical that this request would be honored,since I had been accustomed to false promises of sales reps in the past. However,Herbie Rosario's honesty prevailed when he subsequently notified me of the manual's arrival. For all these reasons,it is w/o any hesitaion that I would highly recommend D C Honda in Tenafly,referring them to Herbie Rosario. I as well,would certainly consider a return visit, when purchasing an additional vehicle. More

He very patiently explains where everything is located on each car and all the new improvements that have been added. By the time he is finished, you really have a good understanding of your new car. Herbie is totally non pressure though, as is the whole dealership. Where can you go and shop around for a car without someone breathing down your neck. The quality of our cars continue to be exceptional. Hondas are now the only cars we will buy. This is my 5th Honda, and my 2nd time working with Herbie. He helped me through a very complicated transaction, since this car was being purchased in NJ but being shipped to California for my daughte Herbie. Even though this purchase took longer than most, Herbie was so patient and helpful. He went above and beyond, always calling me back promptly and seeing that my daughter got all of the papers she needed in a very timely manor. Very professional and his knowledge will blow you away. We found a car to our liking in all aspects, so we went ahead and signed and planned on picking it up days later. I showed up at the dealership 2 days before the scheduled pickup day unannounced, wanting to change my model with an upgraded version, so I can surprise my husband. I was afraid I was going to be given an attitude or a difficult time but Herbie showed patience and understanding as he went over the upgrades to the model and redid all the paperwork.
