First, they were very friendly and easy to talk to so I was at ease right from the start. There was no hard sell and they were calm with the whole process. I left the dealership and said I needed time to think about it and they were totally cool with it. I did come back and they were still very friendly and very calm. I ended up buying a Honda Pilot and I'm very happy. This is the first time in my life that I had a wonderful experience buying a car. More

It was time for me to purchase a new family car. I ended up at Honda of Tenafly and met Herbie Rosario. Brain was kind enough to stay late and show me the cars they had. The dealership also helped me with the finance (considering that I hadn't built up much credit history getting a loan wasn't very easy). The promptness of the guys Brian and the Finance team helped me to make the purchase within 3 days of deciding the vehicle I wanted to buy. I am using the car for 3 weeks now and cannot complain. One thing worth mentioning is that the dealership does not negotiate at all on the internet price. More
