We were able to get the same car we leased last time from a different salesman for less money and this time it had the 4WD option. Our lease price dropped 20$ with Kristen's help. After our lease purchase we got a flat tire the next day. We called Kristen to let her know and she was very empathetic to our situation. She told us to bring the car in and they would try to plug it first and if they couldn't plug it they would replace the tire for free. I would highly recommend this dealership and her personally as a sales rep. More

We came to Honda of Tenefly because we were looking for a specific car (a 2009 black Honda Accord Coupe V6) and your dealership was only one in NJ who had it. We spoke to Kristen on the phone before we drove up (from Neptune) and she was very helpful. We came on a Saturday morning at probably the busiest time of year and everyone at the dealership was very friendly, even when I became impatient for having to wait so long. We even got a free lunch while we were waiting for our car to be cleaned and prepped. :) I would defintely consider going back there again, even though it's over an hour drive. Thank you. :) More
