He also went above and beyond in helping us get the car home. My husband and I had driven there separately and would not have been able to get the car home that day. Brian drove the car to my house for me and had another employee follow him so that I did not have to drive him back!! The service was outstanding. After visiting 11 other Honda dealers in NY and NJ I took a chance and went into Honda of Tenafly. There I was met by Mark. He was a straightforward individual. He told it like it is. This was a welcome change from all the empty promises I had heard. Within 2 minutes of looking over the cars on the lot he handed me some papers. Initially I thought he wanted me to sign something, but he had instead given me the carfax for the vehicle I expressed interest in. I hadn't even asked for it. At the same time there were no high pressure tactics. The showroom was clean and orderly and actually quiet, unlike some other dealerships I had visited which were more like organized chaos. Everyone was friendly and laid back. Mark was very easy to deal with. I went back and forth with him via telephone until I arrived at a deal I was comfortable with. When I went in to sign the papers everything went smoothly. Mark knows the business and he knows his job. He is a welcome change from the stereotypes that are out there. Keep up the good work. More

We got such great and friendly service from Michael Huh, who put us in a new Accord for the same lease price and terms of a new Civic, that we didn't want to go anywhere else. And when the financing people at Honda discovered a problem with our credit rating (an error we've been trying to get fixed) they worked with us to make the deal. And though it took most of the rest of the afternoon to resolve, we were frequently updated with what was going on and I got to sit in a wonderful massage chair while we waited. We think we got a good deal and we couldn't have found a better sales person. Michael was great. More

We always felt like we were talking to a normal person, with no hard sales tactics, rudeness, or strange behavior like we encountered at other places. Friendly and honest, and very patient. Our experience with Brian after the sale is also outstanding and very positive. In many ways, that's just as important as before the sale! Took less than 24hrs. (mostly on the phone)to lease a new car. Frank was great and we discussed various options on the phone and I did the financing online before I walked in the door so by the time I arrive car. I liked that it was a smaller family owned dealership, there was much less b.s. to deal with and I felt like they listened to me and were very honest and upfront. The waiting room could be better but considering the size of the dealership I guess they are doing the best they can in such a small space. I would definitely shop there again as well as recommend them to my friends and family. More
