Mark was an outstanding salesperson. He made me feel as though my time was important right from the get go. He was patient and took time to explain every last detail of the sale to me. He even went so far as to discuss what was the best investment for my money. Mark cracked some really funny jokes as well...which I must admit made the wait time fly right by. He was focussed soley on me...even when interuppted by what could have been an additional customer...he asked that customer to wait until he was done with me. I appreciated that. Many other salespeople would have tried to have two sales going at the same time...while not paying attention to either. Not Mark...he took his time with me, and was very kind to the woman that waited as well. I also noticed that other customers wanted to just deal with him...there were other sales people available...but they waited for the best person. Mark..he was the best. I have been buying or leasing cars from D&C Honda, now Honda of Tenafly , since 1994. The dealership is a 30+ minute drive from Lodi, but I have made the trip many times to lease my Accords. There are Honda dealers in Passaic and Paramus who never appealed to me as a customer. They were busy doing something else to make me feel that they would like me to make a deal on a new car. I made many of my leases with the late Douglas Daniele. This past month, I received a mailing about a sale. I came in and met Kristen Tedesco who did her best to get me a reasonable lease on a new Accord. I am pleased to say the deal was great and my wife and I are happy to be driving a new Accord SE. More

I love doing business with Honda of Tenafly! What a pleasure. I was looking for an Accord Crosstour - certain color, equipment, etc. They had it in stock. They gave me a great price - less than what pleasure. I was looking for an Accord Crosstour - certain color, equipment, etc. They had it in stock. They gave me a great price - less than what I was looking for. We did the whole deal online and over the phone. I went in the next morning expecting a "catch". (You know how car dealers can be.) Paperwork was ready and waiting, everything spelled out exactly as they said it would be. The car was sitting there shined up, gassed, and ready. It was like going back in time. The owner even came out for the walk-around and to help explain the features. Everyone thanked me for my business. You just don't see that kind of personal treatment anymore. Usually, I probably would have done what everyone does - hit the big stores on the highway thinking that's where the price would be. These guys sure did prove that strategy wrong! More
