I have been dealing with Tenafly D & C Honda for over 25 years and have only had great experiences. From Doug Danielle (rest in peace) to currently Herbie Rosario, it has been only a positive non-stressf 25 years and have only had great experiences. We just leased our third CRV EX-L from Herbie who was extremely knowledgeable, curtious, considerate and most importantly professional. He should be acknowledged by the dealership in some way. He did not rush us, answered all questions no matter how insignificant and ensured that I who is the principal driver of this vehicle was comfortable. He insisted that I test drive the vehicle before sitting down and discussing the paper work. D & C Honda worked seamlessly through terminating our prior lease and instituting our new one. I contacted Honda of Tenafly through their online chat function. I had seen a very good lease deal in the newspaper and reviewed it online. I chatted with someone about the specifics and was scheduled for function. I had seen a very good lease deal in the newspaper and reviewed it online. I chatted with someone about the specifics and was scheduled for a visit with Igor Barkagan. Igor came in early in order to meet with me. I had to break the appointment and come at a different time. Igor was very understanding, and my mistake did not affect how he dealt with me. Igor speaks excellent English and Russian! He also expressed concern for my financial needs and walked me carefully through the differences between a few leases and purchasing. Though I had come to lease, I eventually decided to buy. The day after I met with Igor, Herbie Rosario helped me to close the deal on the purchase. He was also very personable and helpful. He worked quickly, and that very day I was able to drive home a new-to-me Certified Honda Odyssey that my family and I really enjoy.
