Herbie Rosario in particular has been extremely helpful over the years to my family and I. Mr. Rosario is honest and knows all information of this model of car that one would want to know when considering to purchase a Honda. He has always explained everything with detail and care so that I can make the appropriate decision when purchasing my cars. Since 1994, I have either leased or purchased 9 Honda vehicles from Honda of Tenafly (formerly D&C Honda). The number one reason has been because of the low pressure salesmanship. My salesman for 8 of these vehicles was Doug Daniel until his untimely passing. Doug is missed not only for his low-pressure sales tactics, but also, more importantly, for the peson he was. My new salesman is Herbie Rosario. Herbie embodies many of the same characteristics as Doug. The entire sales process was quite painless. Herbie not only knew his products well; but he never made me feel pressured to buy at anytime. I am starting to think that all of the salesman at Honda of Tenafly are low pressure. In short, if you are in the market for a Honda, ask for Herbie. You won't be disappointed. More

This was my third time working with Herbie, my third Honda. As always, there was no pressure, just help, patience and answers to my questions. I went to the dealership for an oil change on my 2009 Accord. I was receiving notices in the mail indicating I could trade in my 2009 for a brand new Honda with less of a monthly payment. I decided to look further into this and went into the showroom while my car was being serviced. I worked with Mark and he was very upfront and honest about the notice I received. Mark took the time and worked out the numbers for me and said I could save money on my payments. I felt absolutely no pressure to make my decision. Mark was very patient and reassurnig I was making the right decision. Needless to say I drove out of the dealership with a new 2012 Accord Coupe for about $100. less per month than I was previously paying. This is the second Honda I purchased from Honda of Tenafly. I will continue to purchase my cars from this dealership and preferrably through Mark Randall. More
This was my first time at Honda of Tenafly and I have nothing but nice things to say about the employees. Igor first approached me as I was looking at the CRV and he was so nice and informative and as w nothing but nice things to say about the employees. Igor first approached me as I was looking at the CRV and he was so nice and informative and as we waited to hear back from the banks he showed us beautiful pictures from an array of fabulous locations to kill time. And then Jessica in the finance department was absolutly wonderful and pleasant. She worked hard to get me low interest rates and really walked me through the whole process step by step. I felt really taken care of, by her. But, now I've noticed something wrong with my certified used car. There are little marks on the hood and roof from I dont know what. Maybe a hail storm, or maybe the car was parked under a tree with heavy acorns? lol Well, I never noticed them until I got home and really gave the car a once over. I brought my car back to the dealer and they claim they never saw them and suggested that I perhaps was in a hail storm this past weekend. No hail here though, quite sunny actually. Anyway, they told me they knew how to get them out and would try on Thursday. So now I have to be inconvenienced with finding rides as they attempt to fix it. I will update this review as soon as the results are in! More
