I called up Honda of Tenafly and asked to speak with a sales associate... They transferred me to Frank and boy was he helpful and informative. Took down all the information in regards to the car I wanted(2013 Honda Accord Touring). Confirmed that they did have one and only one. I told him I was going to be there shortly and when i got there... He was prepared!! He had all of the information I requested sitting on his table waiting for me. We talked a little, we walked out to the car and there it was like he said it was. A lot of dealerships yes you to death telling you come down, the car is here, we have plenty of them, I will get you a great deal (A lot of fluff).... Frank was so genuinely helpful, I told him I had a trade in and he started work right on that while he gave me the key to the car i wanted and he told me, check it out, play around with it, I will get your car appraised. Frank came back told me what he could give me for my car, and it was in the range of what i was willing to part with. I told him, lets sit down and talk some numbers. He was straight to the point, customer service in the whole dealership was second to none!!!!!! No extra fluff!!! No pressure to buy anything extra!!!! Finance manager was exactly the same (Harry). JUST PLAIN 'OL FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!! I got my paperwork together and I walked out of the dealership with my car the next day..... I hit the jackpot when I found this dealership on the internet!!!! It is true what everybody says about this dealership!! Customer Service is by far the BEST!!!!!!! I live in Brooklyn and I have dealt with many dealerships trying to make any extra buck they can by telling you this is required and we cant sell you the car unless you get this, I can give you a better interest rate if you buy this, numbers changing when you talk to the finance manager, etc...... I'm pretty sure you have all heard of these sleazy dealer tactics. If you are interested in buying a Honda, take a drive out to NJ and visit HONDA OF TENAFLY. I guarantee you, it will absolutely be worth the time and extra gas money for you to pay them a visit..... THANK YOU FRANK AND HARRY!! More
