Car dealers have often been stereotyped as "swindlers" who lure you in to buying a car (usually a lemon) beyond the sticker price and entice you to get more stuff that you really don't need. More often customers are apprehensive to even inquire. But that was not how we felt when we visited Honda Tenafly. As soon as we entered the door and were met by Frank LaRocca, we knew immediately we would be cared for. He knew the product we were interested in and if he couldn't answer a question, he would find the answer from co-workers. Frank was also patient and definitely went the extra mile during our first visit to the dealership to see firsthand the Honda Pilot. We did the usual test drive and discussed options with Frank, something all salesmen do, but he was never pushy or intimidating. In short he gave us room to decide. A week and testing three other SUV makes later, we returned to Honda Tenafly to check out our buying options. There was Frank again going the extra mile! Once we had reached an agreement, Frank just asked what time we wanted to pick-up the vehicle. True enough it was ready at the agree time and we waited out turn for the paperwork. This time, we had Ray Gesell to help us with our dream SUV. At first glance, Ray appeared as a smooth talker. Of course, Ray wasn't that and he carefully explained each document to us. He was an epitome of efficiency. In short and simple language, Honda Tenafly has earned our trust and loyalty! We wil definitely refer them to our friends and whoever we meet that wants to buy a new vehicle! More

A friend of mine referred me to Herbie Rosario, and boy was that a great move! I did research on this dealership before I walked in and as you will see the reviews are nothing but 5 star, and the same goes for Herbie who all of his customers speak highly of. For what it's worth the massage chairs while you are waiting are cool too. Walked away with a 2012 Honda Odysey EX-L and that car certainly has all the bells and whistles. Also if you are leasing a car, you are covered with gap insurance, which is not true of all dealerships, so do your homework. Good looking out Herbie, very pleased with the van! More
